2 weeks ago some chick came to my school doing this presentation on Idekw then she told us her story. She started cutting herself after a boy she liked told her to slit her wrists and die… Long story short she cut, she almost died and stopped. Now she travels around Canada telling people her story. I felt saying I’ve had it worse but my story doesn’t mean shit. I’m not going to inspire anyone or help anyone recover all I do is send messages to people wether it helps or not it gives me purpose. The pain was worth it.

Recovery plan I’ve been off for a long time

Breakfast:  2 cups cereal with whole milk and a piece of toast spread with peanut butter/ butter and jam. And a glass of orange juice.

Snack: 300 calories like a protein bar and a banana.

Lunch: A sandwich with 2 pieces whole meal bread, mayo, turkey and cheese and a high cal cereal bar.

Snack: 300cal boost shake when i got home.

Dinner: Large serving of carbs, 2 portions of vegetables and 1 protein.

Before bed: 500ml 2% chocolate milk and piece of fruit 

roughly 3000 calories….
